Our house is characterized by its prime location near the new cable car Seis-Seiseralm (only a 5-minute walk from the valley station).

The mountain village of Siusi allo Sciliar lies in the middle of one of the most beautiful and diverse hiking areas in the Alps: from easy walks through meadows, pastures and forests to challenging mountain and climbing tours in the Sciliar-Catinaccio Nature Park. Specially prepared hiking trails lead to countless huts and viewpoints. We are enthusiastic hikers ourselves at any time of year and are happy to provide hiking suggestions on request.

In winter, perfectly groomed pistes with access to the Sellaronda, 80 km of wonderfully groomed cross-country ski trails and a breathtaking snow park await you.
